We also help private and public organisation package workshops, seminars, and events aimed to bring forth a direct positive impact on society. We hand-hold our clients from the initiation stage to the completion of the workshop, seminars, or events.

Project Capacity building support

ADENA Consulting supports you on your project progress into implementation, you will usually need to carry out a more detailed capacity assessment and then systematically address the capacity gaps. As a result of this assessment, you may need to adapt your project plan to incorporate realistic activities, budgets, and timeframes to enable each party to deliver what is expected of them.
